Trish Seifried

Trish Seifried on Pet Life Radio

Trisha Seifried started her career 22 years ago at some of the most prestigious animal training institutions - Sea World and Busch Gardens! After gaining 10 years’ experience in live animal performance at those amazing institutions, which included training, performance, set design and management, script writing, training and managing other trainers, and more, she returned to her hometown, St. Louis, MO, where she currently resides, to embark on a new adventure with the Purina Pro Plan team! While there, she also trained cats for commercials, even appearing on the Jimmy Kimmel show with her cat, Kit Kat, the world's first and best jump roping cat!  Trisha's extensive experience allowed her to follow her dreams and start her own animal talent agency, Got Pet-ential Animal Talent, LLC, casting and training all kinds of domestic and exotic animals for commercial and performance work.   Trish and her team are especially sought after for their amazing ability with cats on set, and continue to set the bar high for selecting and handling animals on set in the commercial industry.  Her work can be seen in pet stores, videos, film, and print media across the world, with over 300 packaging labels alone to her credit!

After years of hearing that "cats can't be trained" and coaching owners on how to succeed with their cats on set, she set out to change that perception and help everyday cat owners realize their cat's potential at home.  Her passion for cats and the desire to change the narrative that cats can’t be trained inspired her to develop a new brand called "CatBoss TV."  Trish has demonstrated personally that any cat can be trained, from a wild feral kitten to a pampered pedigree cat!  Any cat can learn!  To help cat owners train their own cats right at home, Trish and her team just released a one-of-a-kind cat training app, available NOW on the Apple App Store for iPhones - iPad and Android available soon!  Modeled after video streaming services, Trish and 15 different cats demonstrate 57 unique tricks and behaviors step by step!

Her mission statement: "Change the way people look at cats for the better, and if we change what we do to better them, then other people will follow, too!"

Allie Fekete

Assistant trainer Allie Fekete is the dog person of the CatBoss team.   Allie is no stranger to cats as her first pet was a black cat named Scupid.    She now owns two dogs, Dogtor, a terrier mix, and Luna, a Belgian Malinois, plus fosters and trains countless others, so her current lifestyle has not yet allowed for another cat.  Allie has had a lifelong passion for helping dog owners live their best lives with their dogs; at 14, she started her own dog training business fueled by that passion.    At 16, she worked on set with her dog for the very first time.   While working with Allie on set, the CatBoss was so impressed by her training and handling skills that she invited Allie to become a member of the CatBoss team after she completed her education.   In 2021, Allie moved to St. Louis, Missouri, to begin her adventure as a full-time member of the CatBoss team, and is learning what the CatBoss team already knows:  that cats are amazing creatures and more than trainable!  When Allie becomes more settled in her new home town, she hopes to once again have a cat of her own that she can train to be a member of the CatBoss Cat Crew!  In her free time, Allie enjoys fostering and training dogs for a local shelter, helping dogs who have been surrendered because of  behavioral difficulties get happily settled in their new forever homes.
