Welcome to the world of HUNTER
At the age of 36 Rolf Trautwein, the master saddlemaker and a dog owner, fulfilled his dream of high-quality accessories for dogs and founded the company Hunter in 1980. The originally small collection of leather accessories made in Germany evolved into an extensive and diverse product range within just a few years and the Hunter brand became the leading brand in the pet industry. The family business quickly managed to conquer new market segments with its high- quality equipment for dogs, cats and horses, as well as stylish accessories. Nadine Trautwein, the daughter of the company founder,  joined the company in 2000 and has been managing it since 2007.
