Bob Weatherwax

Robert Walter Weatherwax is the second son of Rudd Weatherwax. Bob carries on the training methods and traditions initiated by his father, having assisted Rudd on 360 episodes of Lassie’s television series. Establishing his own career as a dog trainer, Bob's movie and television credits include Aftershock, Back to the Future, Big Jake, The Borrowers, David Copperfield, F.B.I. Untold Stories, Harry and the Hendersons, Joshua’s Heart, Lassie Best Friends Are Forever, Life Goes On, The Magic of Lassie, Married with Children, Moment by Moment, Poltergeist II, Racing with the Moon, the New Lassie series, Red Dwarf, Roseanne, See You in the Morning,
Simon and Simon, Skeezer, Stone Fox, The Watchers II, and Who’s the Boss?

Bob is also responsible for training the last three of the Weatherwax Lassie Dogs. He currently owns and works with his Collie Hammer, and his Terrier, Throttle.
