Christine Scott Bennett

Move over “Stifler’s Mom,” “Stacy’s Mom,” and “Nancy Botwin”, playing TV’s next hot “MILF”, comedy veteran, strikingly beautiful actress and devoted animal lover, Christine Scott Bennett is “Polly MacKenzie” in MTV’s highly anticipated adaptation of the UK smash hit series, “The Inbetweeners.” Bennett is a side-splitting guaranteed fan favorite, as she naively embarrasses her teenage son, Will with her innocent antics and becomes the subject of his friends’ wet dreams. “The Inbetweeners” airs on MTV on Monday, August 20th at 10:30pm! We would love to set up an interview with you and Christine to discuss her work as well as her love of animals and animal rescue!

Based on the British comedy series of the same name, MTV’s highly amusing and uproarious new show, THE INBETWEENERS, written by Brad Copeland whose writing credits include “Arrested Development” and “My Name is Earl, follows a group of teenage boys, “Will,” “Simon,” “Jay,” and “Neil,” as they awkwardly navigate through the complicated popularity hierarchy of high school life.
The face of multiple commercial campaigns including Budweiser, Verizon, Wendy’s, and Mercedes Benz, Bennett played the lead female role of her first film, NATIONAL LAMPOON’S ROBODOC alongside Alan Thicke and has guest starred in everything from “Rules of Engagement” and “CSI Miami”, to “Boston Legal” and “How I Met Your Mother”.

From a military family with her father in the Air Force, her grandfather in the Navy, her father-in-law in the Marines and now her brother as an Army Ranger, Bennett is an advocate of veterans’ rights and her very first job out of college was at the V.A. Hospital. Graduating from Shepperd University with a degree in Recreational Therapy, Bennett is a fitness junkie and spends as much time as possible outdoors playing sports or hiking.

An animal lover, Bennett and her husband spend their free time volunteering with Tails of the City Animal Rescue and Friends of Moor Park, both are all-volunteer, no-kill organizations, dedicated to the rescue, treatment, boarding and re-homing of animals in the greater Los Angeles area. Christine and her husband also have two rescues of their own—Smurf, a 1.5 year old miniature pinscher mix and Tyson, a 11 year old beagle/jack Russell mix.
