Hope Schultz

Armed with remarkable insight into consumers’ desires, Hope Schultz has always been ahead of the curve. Her introduction of the Heavenly Bed at Westin Hotels helped transform an industry and redefine a good night’s sleep. Her ability to understand the practicalities of her customers led to the introduction of the Marriott Rewards program and the launch of the W Hotel brand. As a brand relationship consultant, she has helped many national brands develop rewarding and sustainable relationships with consumers.

Schultz has also been involved in major global branding initiatives, as well as product launches for some of the most respected companies and biggest brands, including: MSNBC, Kellogg (as global knowledge director) Lowe’s Home Improvement, Pep Boys, Shaw Industries, Proctor & Gamble, Circuit City, Kimberly-Clark, and America’s Second Harvest.

Schultz’s consumer insights and innovative marketing, combined with her passion for animals, give her an exceptional understanding of the powerful emotions that connect pet owners and pets.

She is the proud mom of 10-year-old dog, Max, best known as “the mayor of 57th Street” in NYC, and an irreverent and very vocal Quaker Parrot, Pi.
