Susan Kaufman is an attorney based in New York and president of Animal Relief Fund (“ARF” in New York. ARF launched its model food-for-pets program as an experiment with the Yorkville Common Pantry and generous donations from “Calling All Pets”, a popular pet store on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
