    Wayne has a magnitude of experience from working in the Corporate world, Non-profit sector as well as his expertise' associated with owning & managing two successful On-Line stores www.twotuttlesfourpaws.com and www.servicedoghouse.com.

    Wayne is a writer, motivational speaker, disability awareness educator, Service Dog advocate, community volunteer and web-site designer. The fact that Wayne has been legally blind since the mid 70's, has not stopped him from achieving his goals. He is able to design and maintain their On-line stores with the aid of a special voice computer program called ZoomText.

    You will often see Wayne travelling with his faithful friend and Guide Dog "Cosmo". Wayne & Cosmo seek out amazing challenges on a daily basis and they are always looking for an opportunity to share their rewarding experiences with open minded optimistic people.

    Interests:
    Previous Board Member for : Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB), RP Eye Research Foundation, Sick Kids Hospital, Children’s Safety Village.
    Community Volunteer: Scouts Canada, Fundraiser for families seeking an Autism Dog for their children who are Autistic, resource person for people with disabilities.
    Hobbies: Titanic historian, model railroader, collects camels, repairs and rides vintage snowmobiles, camping, hiking.

    Personal Information:
    Legally Blind – 1976 (10 % vision in one eye – Retinitis Pigmentosa & Macular Degeneration)
    First Guide Dog – Paser – 1990
    Second Guide Dog – Cosmo - 2001
    Married to Tina Tuttle for 21 years
    Two children – Austin 11 yrs old & Sarah 9 yrs old (leap year baby)
    Both children help out with business. Sarah started helping at age 3.
