Guide dogs have been assisting people who are blind or who have low vision since before World War I. Nicole Meadowcroft joins us to talk about the OccuPaws Guide Dog Association. This innovative guide dog training program utilizes a “community” or “in-home” training approach for individuals who want a guide dog but can not attend a traditional “out-of-home” program.
