On the show, John talks about meeting herding dogs in Australia, dogs who shoo away nuisance monkeys from farms in Japan to dogs who sniff out truffles in Italy. John Fabiano is an international dog photographer and the founder of Wags Around The World. His work explores the diverse relationships between dogs and humans in different cultures.
John is drawn to capturing authentic moments between dogs and humans. He has been recognized for his work internationally, including being named the 2024 International Documentary Dog Photographer of the Year. He lives in Amsterdam with his wife, Stephanie, and his dog, Viola. He continues to eye up trips abroad to tell the stories of unique human–dog relationships. His work and travels can be found on his Wags Around the World social media accounts.
