(0:00) Hello, pet lovers. (0:02) Welcome to best bets for pets. (0:03) So today's show, it's all about doing things automatic.
(0:08) Makes it easier for you, easier for your pets. (0:11) And don't you love a good wife? (0:13) Well, stay tuned. (0:14) I have an amazing guest today and we're going to tell you all about it.
(0:18) We'll be right back. (0:59) Welcome back, everyone. (1:00) I'd like to welcome Nick Mikhail.
(1:02) He is the founder of Penthouse Paws. (1:05) Welcome, Nick. (1:06) Hi, how are you, Michelle? (1:07) I'm doing great.
(1:08) Now, I know that you are based in greater Los Angeles and we're recording (1:15) June, 2025, a little after the fires. (1:18) How are things? (1:20) So, you know, we're Angelenos, we are strong and we rebuild. (1:25) I know that there's a lot of progress being made.
(1:29) We recently helped out and supported a great cause, Pasadena Humane. (1:34) We did a fantastic event out there at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. (1:41) And we helped support a great organization that helped a lot of pets and pet (1:47) parents during some brutal times, right? (1:51) California wildfires are here and, you know, they do cause a lot of damage.
(1:56) And just like any natural disaster, pets are part of our life and we have to (2:01) take care of them even during disasters. (2:03) Exactly. (2:04) And Los Angeles is near and dear to my heart.
(2:07) I went to school out there, graduate school. (2:10) I lived there 20 years and miss it. (2:13) And watching the fires was heartbreaking.
(2:15) I have friends still out there. (2:17) It was tragic and Angelenos are tough. (2:20) So I'm glad to hear that people are rebuilding.
(2:22) I'm keeping an eye on the news. (2:24) I wish it never happened to begin with, of course. (2:26) And thank you so much for all that you did to support the animals.
(2:30) I've watched a lot of that on the news. (2:33) And there were so many animals that were rescued. (2:36) It was just, if there was a way to be found at all, it was (2:39) in everybody helping each other.
(2:41) And especially the animals, because they can't really help themselves. (2:45) Yes. (2:46) And a lot of those pet parents, you know, having to evacuate and (2:50) leave your home is not an easy feat.
(2:52) No. (2:52) For a little bit of time, I used to work at FEMA and I worked Hurricane (2:58) Harvey at the call center. (2:59) And I do remember what it was like speaking to survivors and speaking to (3:06) people that had to find a new place to live and were displaced.
(3:09) So God bless those folks. (3:11) Yes, absolutely. (3:13) I went from hurricanes, having lived in blizzards in New York, Florida (3:18) hurricanes, earthquakes in California, coming back to hurricane.
(3:22) So I've kind of lived through it all. (3:24) Never had to fully evacuate. (3:26) Well, I did evacuate once for a hurricane, but I was (3:30) fortunate that nothing happened.
(3:32) Everything was still standing. (3:34) I can't even imagine losing my home. (3:36) So my heart goes out to those people.
(3:38) Let's talk about your product. (3:39) You created Penthouse Paws. (3:42) Why did you create Penthouse Paws? (3:44) You have smart products.
(3:46) You have a smart feeder, water fountain. (3:49) You have wipes, a variety of different products. (3:53) What made you decide the pet industry needs another product? (3:58) And these are these, the products.
(4:01) So what made us decide on the products? (4:03) How did Penthouse Paws start? (4:05) So it started during and after COVID. (4:08) Technically we started in 2023, but we've owned pets. (4:13) Well, I've owned pets for a majority of my life.
(4:15) Currently we have a Ragdoll Sphinx mix, which is Gizmo. (4:20) Oh my God, Ragdoll and Sphinx? (4:22) Whoa. (4:23) Yes.
(4:24) And he is a rescue and he's an older, obviously he's older now, but he was the (4:30) initial cat that we got and he was a rescue. (4:34) And then we got three Sphinx cats, which. (4:37) You know, I wanted to adopt one at one point, but I felt like with my crew that (4:42) has fur could maybe injure the Sphinx.
(4:44) I had a listener reach out cause she had heard me and said, come and adopt. (4:48) Although I'd have to fly up to upstate New York, but I was so worried. (4:52) My cats would attack them and they're very high maintenance.
(4:57) How is it with three Sphinx? (4:58) So it is obviously very high maintenance. (5:01) So that's when we started looking at automated devices, right? (5:06) From feeding to watering. (5:08) So Sphinx are hard to maintain, but they're adorable cats, right? (5:12) They are very smart, intellectual.
(5:15) They remind me if not smarter than dogs, right? (5:18) And that brings us to dogs better than cats. (5:20) No, I think each one has their own, you know, traits that to each their own, right? (5:26) I love my Sphinx. (5:27) I love my ragdoll.
(5:28) I think they're very intelligent pets, right? (5:31) But maintaining it was, was a little bit challenging, especially if you (5:34) travel having to feed them overnight. (5:38) So we went out there and we started looking for feeders and fountains, and I (5:42) couldn't find one that really fit the bill for my pets that I knew that was made (5:48) with a good quality, you know, components. (5:52) And I really didn't find that many American brands that I can choose from.
(5:57) Uh, it was mostly just, uh, overseas product that was inferior. (6:02) And, you know, I didn't want all these people having my data or access to cameras. (6:07) So we went out, we created our own app.
(6:10) So you can find the Penthouse Paws app on Apple store and Google play. (6:15) Uh, it's free to download and connects our devices. (6:18) So you can see your pet, hear your pet, speak to your pet from anywhere in the (6:24) world, there's no monthly subscription fees.
(6:27) Once you connect it, you connect it to wifi, only good through your devices, (6:31) only good through our devices, which are the smart feeders, which have a (6:36) 10 ADP camera with night vision. (6:38) So you can record content. (6:40) You know, this is a content rich world, right? (6:43) And, uh, a lot of pet influencers, you know, they create content using their pets (6:49) and this is a great way to capture those off the scene moments that make everyone (6:55) laugh, pets, do some fantastic stuff.
(6:57) Uh, you just got to catch them at the right time. (6:59) And that's really hard to do with cats. (7:02) Yes.
(7:02) But let me tell you something is getting a lot easier. (7:05) Our new litter box is the litter IQ and it does have a built in 4k camera. (7:11) So you can see your pet inside of it.
(7:14) Yes, of course. (7:15) You can see your cat do its business. (7:17) You can see your cat doing his business and make sure to tell him to (7:20) wipe his paws on the way out.
(7:22) Uh, so you can speak to them as well. (7:24) And you can hear them and create content, right? (7:27) Free content. (7:28) You know, not that long ago had on my other show, Catitude, um, a photographer, (7:33) cat photographer, and she was telling me how we were talking about how challenging (7:37) it is to get great pictures of your cat.
(7:40) But this is interesting. (7:42) You can see pictures of your cat going or what they do before they go. (7:46) Let's talk about the litter IQ.
(7:49) What size cat is it for? (7:51) Is it in different sizes? (7:53) Is that coming soon? (7:54) How does it work? (7:55) So the litter IQ is coming soon. (7:57) It is made for multiple cats. (8:00) Any cat up to two pounds and above can use it.
(8:03) Kittens, you'd have to wait till they're about two pounds. (8:06) So the weight sensor can recognize that there's a cat in there. (8:10) Remember it also has a fail safe.
(8:12) It has a child lock. (8:13) And the greatest thing about our litter IQ, it has a UV light and the UV light (8:19) kills all that bacteria that causes the odor. (8:22) So that is a fantastic feature that is not really (8:26) available on other litter boxes.
(8:29) So it makes a huge difference. (8:30) And it has a built-in deodorizer that helps with the odor as well. (8:35) Nice.
(8:35) Can you use any sort of litter? (8:38) You can use any clumping litter. (8:39) So crystal's a no-go obviously, but any clumping litter will work. (8:44) Okay.
(8:45) Let's talk about, you have a couple of feeders and you have an automatic (8:48) water fountain, smart wireless water fountain. (8:51) Now, are they sufficient for short getaways? (8:55) And it's only dry kibble for the feeders, right? (8:58) Well, yes. (8:59) Uh, at the current moment, they're for dry kibble.
(9:01) They either come in six liter capacity or seven liter. (9:05) The seven liters are smart max that holds seven liters of dry food. (9:09) You can have multiple portions.
(9:11) Each portion is about seven grams. (9:13) If you're talking in cup size that holds about 32 to 40 cups, uh, depending (9:19) on the size of the kibble, any kibble size will work on this as long, even (9:24) treats, as long as it's up to nine millimeters and you can set portion (9:29) control, different feeding times. (9:31) If there's a problem, it sends you a notification on your phone.
(9:34) It lets you know what the issue is. (9:36) If anything gets stuck, it has an auto reverse feature. (9:39) And if power goes out, cause I know a lot of pet parents are (9:42) concerned, well, what if Fido, you know, pulls the plug out, how's he going to eat? (9:46) And it does have a battery backup, so it will still feed (9:50) your pet during a power outage.
(9:52) So it works great like that. (9:54) For the fountains, the wireless one, our smart wireless fountain has a built-in (9:58) lithium ion battery with a 45 day capacity. (10:03) So it will keep running.
(10:05) It's motion activated and it sends you notifications when (10:09) it needs water, filter change. (10:11) Our products are meant to make pet parenting a user-friendly experience (10:16) and to take away the burden of keeping you on your toes. (10:20) Did I feed sphinx or did I not feed them? (10:24) You know? (10:24) Actually, when you're almost what, three and a half, you have a mixed one.
(10:28) So you have four cats, so. (10:30) Yeah. (10:31) So four cats is a lot.
(10:32) It's a lot. (10:32) And sphinx are almost like double because they're high maintenance. (10:35) I have three and they have fur.
(10:38) They're a lot easier than, and they're, they're, the sphinx are more social. (10:42) Mine, only one of mine is. (10:44) We're actually in development for a wet feeder as well with refrigeration.
(10:49) Wow. (10:50) So that is coming down the pipeline. (10:52) We have a lot of great stuff.
(10:53) You know, AI is alive and well, and is going to be changing pet (10:58) parenting come 2026 and 2027. (11:02) In 2026, we're going to be at CES, which is a consumer (11:06) electronics show in Las Vegas. (11:08) And we are going to be showing and releasing a slew of new products.
(11:13) So stay tuned for that one. (11:15) I'm excited. (11:16) Now, can you use your feeders? (11:19) Let's talk about what you have right now, but I'm excited for the wet food because.
(11:22) You know, people have different ways of feeding. (11:24) Some prefer more wet, some are dry and wet. (11:27) Some are just dry, but say if you're going out of town.
(11:31) Of course you'd want other cameras set up. (11:33) You'd want an emergency backup and let, and if you don't have (11:36) anybody staying at your home, but say you're going out of town, (11:40) it's going to be a day or two other things. (11:43) We're not considering other situations, right? (11:46) Cause you do want to have a live person that's nearby keeping an eye on things.
(11:51) But other than that, how long could someone go away with this smart (11:56) feeder and smart water found comfortably two days, three days. (12:00) So I usually leave my pets when I'm going on the overnight (12:04) trip would say two, three days. (12:06) I have cats, so they need four cats.
(12:09) So I need somebody to come over and empty out the litter and do other things. (12:14) Right. (12:14) So I would say two to three, just depending on, are you, you know, do you (12:20) have six cats, three cats, the quantity of your pets, and is it just cats? (12:25) Because our feeders also work for dogs.
(12:28) So the smart max works for dogs and you can feed your dog that way as well. (12:34) Now, our fountains, our largest fountain, which is a smart wireless (12:38) water fountain holds 3.5 liters, which is about a gallon of water. (12:42) Right now, if you know that your pet currently is drinking more than a gallon (12:47) in a day, then I would recommend a larger product, right? (12:51) And we are in development for that.
(12:53) But if you know that they do not drink a gallon a day and they really not drinking (12:59) at all, then our product is an excellent product to get them to drink. (13:04) A lot of people forget that stagnant water is not very tasty, right? (13:08) Right. (13:09) And every time you put water, like for example, you know, I (13:12) tell people this all the time.
(13:13) When you put a glass of water next to your nightstand at night and then have (13:17) a sip from it before you go to bed, it doesn't taste the same in the morning (13:21) when you wake up and the water is stale and your pet doesn't want to (13:26) drink that stale water either. (13:28) And then the pet parent's job becomes washing the bowl on the daily and (13:32) refreshing the water on the daily. (13:35) And there's still biofilm and slime buildup that happens.
(13:39) And with our products, they have a UV light feature that dissipates that (13:43) biofilm and prevents it from building. (13:46) So the water is fresh, it's being circulated, it's being filtered. (13:50) It has a hollow fiber filtration system to pick up any food particles, any (13:55) hair, debris that gets in the water.
(13:57) So truly they are getting fresh water every time they take a sip. (14:02) And it also, as you said, it stimulates cats to drink more water because I have (14:08) fountains for my cats and they love, I mean, they'll drink out of a stow bowl, (14:12) but they really love the fountains and I never have a problem with them drinking. (14:16) Yes.
(14:17) Cats love running water because that is in their natural habitat, right? (14:22) Yeah. (14:23) They love springs and running water. (14:25) And that's one, one thing that they love.
(14:28) And obviously, as you know, they have a lot of kidney issues, right? (14:31) And dehydration and they don't really drink that much. (14:33) So you should, you should really encourage them to drink folks. (14:37) Yes, absolutely.
(14:38) All right. (14:38) We're going to take a short break and we'll be right back. (15:24) Welcome back everyone.
(15:26) We're talking to Nick Mikhail. (15:27) He is the founder of Penthouse Paws. (15:31) So Nick, let's talk about wipes.
(15:34) Now I know why you created them because we talked about your cats in the path, (15:38) your Sphinx cats and Sphinx cats get oily. (15:41) So for the people that I don't know, well, this is in catitude. (15:45) So they might not know for people that don't know what a Sphinx cat is.
(15:48) They are naked cats. (15:50) They have a fur, right? (15:51) But it's very, very fine. (15:53) It's not like regular cat fur.
(15:55) They're the cats that you've seen that are wrinkly and naked looking. (15:59) Just remember Austin Powers. (16:01) Oh yeah, it's okay.
(16:02) I was going to say, but this is one of those housewife shows (16:05) and they're not on anymore. (16:06) Grandma Wrinkles. (16:07) I love that name.
(16:08) So it's not on anymore. (16:10) I love Sphinx. (16:11) One day when I have, I have a lot of more time (16:14) because they are high maintenance, I'm going to have a Sphinx.
(16:17) Now you have three, Ragdoll and Sphinx mix, which is interesting. (16:21) What are their names and what is it like to take care of them? (16:25) With just keeping them, their skin nice. (16:28) So the Sphinx are Cleo, which is short for Cleopatra.
(16:33) And I call her Sphinxy. (16:35) That is her nickname. (16:36) So we started off with her.
(16:38) She was a birthday gift given to me. (16:41) And then after that, we adopted two Sphinx brothers, (16:46) which I, you know, we didn't want to separate. (16:49) So that was Ramses and Pharaoh.
(16:52) And Ramses and Pharaoh are brothers. (16:55) We've had them for about six years. (16:57) Sphinxy was about seven.
(16:59) Gizmo is, I believe he just had his birthday, this guy. (17:02) So he's 11, if I am not mistaken. (17:05) Actually, 12.
He is 12. (17:07) Is he the one that's mixed? (17:09) Yes. Gizmo's the mix.
(17:11) And obviously the Sphinx are just like what you alluded to. (17:15) They're very oily cats, right? (17:16) It's kind of like handling a grease ball. (17:18) So I was looking for a product out there (17:22) that was natural, not harmful to the environment (17:25) and didn't find something that really fit the bill for my cats.
(17:30) So I started developing and we came up with an entire line (17:35) of pet grooming products. (17:38) And I'm going to be honest with you. (17:40) Grooming is not inexpensive, right? (17:42) Grooming is expensive.
(17:43) And a lot of people try to stretch the groomings out as far (17:47) and wide as possible, right? (17:49) So we just did the L.A. (17:51) County Fair and we had a booth over there (17:53) and we were speaking with a lot of different people (17:56) from all over this part of the country. (17:59) And a lot of people don't brush their pets teeth, right? (18:02) And that's that's one thing that we are actually have a product (18:06) that's fantastic for, which is our finger dental wipes. (18:10) And they slide on your finger and they're infused (18:14) with vitamin C and honey and they work great.
(18:16) For cats, they're for cats, dogs. (18:20) I know with cats, it's a little bit challenging, right? (18:22) Even when you use the toothbrush and the toothpaste, right? (18:25) Because I know my cats, the first thing they do (18:27) when they see the toothbrush is lick the toothpaste off, right? (18:31) And that's the first thing that happens, right? (18:35) So these ones, they don't really lick. (18:38) And cats are usually as long as you're able to get them in a good state, (18:43) they'll let you pet them.
(18:44) And once they're giving you, you know, their belly for rubs, (18:48) you know, that's what I do for mine. (18:51) It helps with tartar, bad breath, any irritation on the gums. (18:55) It helps with the lessening of it since it's infused with natural ingredients.
(19:00) And it works great for dogs as well. (19:02) And you just toss them afterwards. (19:04) A lot of people don't get their cat's teeth cleaned.
(19:07) We do recommend professional cleaning for your pet's teeth. (19:11) And the finger dental wipes as a, you know, as a maintenance. (19:15) It does work.
(19:15) OK. And what about your eye wipes on the body? (19:19) So so the teeth, let's do the eyes. (19:21) And I have a special affinity for the ear wipes.
(19:24) So tell us about the eye wipes. (19:26) I know some dogs, Mr. (19:27) Nicky, who's in Doggy Heaven, used to get that the gunk. (19:31) Yeah, gross.
(19:32) I mean, Mr. (19:32) Zeus had it. (19:34) He's also in Doggy Heaven. (19:35) He used to have it a little.
(19:36) But it seems like shorter, like bearded dogs, small ones have it more. (19:43) The eye wipes were essential for my sphinx because the ragdoll's hair, (19:48) even though we started giving Mr. (19:51) Gizmo a lion cut to try to minimize the hair content, it would still get (19:56) into the sphinx eyes, right? (19:58) And, you know, it became irritating for them. (20:01) So now we just wipe down their eyes with our wipes.
(20:04) And they work fantastic because they're formulated to make sure that they're (20:08) gentle enough on their eyes if it does get into their eyes. (20:12) And it helps with the eye gunk, clearing their mucus. (20:15) Any tear stain buildup for dogs I know is essential.
(20:21) And this does help with that tremendously. (20:24) And all hypoallergenic, natural ingredients, biodegradable, (20:29) paraben and alcohol free. (20:31) And we are, and we have applied for a USDA biocertified certification.
(20:38) It's just pending the bureaucracy of things. (20:42) So I have something. (20:43) You're a fan.
(20:44) You're a fan of them. (20:45) I'm a fan of it because I'll tell you, ear hematomas are very rare in cats. (20:50) So why do two third of my cats have ear hematomas? (20:54) I don't know.
(20:55) So what a hematoma is, is picture the ear and there's a vein. (21:01) I mean, I'm not a vet, so I'm going to describe it more as a visual. (21:05) There's a vein on the perimeter of the ear that fills with blood.
(21:10) And so when the cat shakes their heads, you know, violently, that ear, you know, (21:17) normally it fills with blood and it drains. (21:19) But the ear can, I'm explaining this probably all wrong. (21:22) Basically the ear hematoma means the ear was once normal.
(21:26) And then because of the blood draining from it, the ear becomes crunchy, (21:30) like a folded up mushy ear. (21:32) It's normally in dogs. (21:34) Dennis has this, if you've seen pictures of him at Michelle Fern Pet, there's (21:38) pictures of Dennis, you see has one ear up and one ear crunchy and Charlotte (21:44) has a small one, not as bad.
(21:46) And when we didn't have surgery on him to keep, try to keep his ear, because (21:51) the vet at that time said it wouldn't change much. (21:54) That was probably over 10 years ago. (21:56) What I love about your wipes is Dennis's ear.
(22:00) We have to clean it all the time. (22:01) It gets smelly and he hates it. (22:05) So your wipes do a fantastic job.
(22:08) He hates it a lot less and I don't have to smell his stinky ear. (22:13) Dennis is my lover cat. (22:14) He's the sweetie boy.
(22:16) So he's always around and near you. (22:18) He wants whatever you're eating, even though he probably won't eat it. (22:21) He like lettuce.
(22:22) He doesn't like it, but he wants it. (22:25) So just to tell you how odd Dennis is. (22:27) So it's so nice to have Dennis around me with a clean ear and not stinky.
(22:33) So you did describe the hematoma, I think from a lay person, pretty (22:38) accurately because one of our cats, one of the Sphinx cats actually got that. (22:43) And that was Pharaoh, but his was filled with blood and it looked like he was in (22:48) a boxing match and I took him to the vet and he said that they put in and they (22:56) drained it and he was in a cone for about two weeks and he was not a happy cat. (23:00) Let me tell you.
(23:01) And that's, you know, I'm glad you brought that up because cleaning your (23:05) pet's ears so they don't shake their heads is essential. (23:08) A lot of people don't realize that there's earwax in their ear mites. (23:12) You need to clean out your pet's ears cause there's a lot of buildup in there.
(23:16) And folks forget about that. (23:18) And here's another thing. (23:20) When Dennis shakes his head a lot, he ends up with the nose bleed.
(23:24) So that, that was a nice, expensive vet appointment just to find out that he had (23:29) a bloody nose, but you have to check. (23:31) And thank you for that kind words about explaining the ear hematoma like a lay (23:36) person, but you're right now that I'm thinking about it, the, our vet said that (23:40) we couldn't really drain his ear and keep it okay, it would just crunch up. (23:44) Then we found out later, it probably could have been drained and (23:48) not been as crunched up as it is.
(23:50) Because the problem, as you know, what happens is it's (23:52) hard to get into the crevices. (23:54) Yeah. (23:55) Yeah.
(23:55) And you know, you try to keep your pet looking as best as possible, right? (24:00) You know, I'm gonna switch gears just one quick second. (24:02) We did the CFA cat show in Ohio and God bless the people that groomed all these (24:08) cats, that is a process, right? (24:11) Oh yes. (24:12) Washing of their coats and the maintenance.
(24:16) I was talking to one of the ladies that had weavered cats in the show, and she (24:21) was explaining that that is a day's process, if not more, and how many baths (24:27) and how many times you got to rewash their coats, so God bless those ladies (24:32) and those people that go to these grooming shows and have their pets showcased. (24:37) It's, it's insane. (24:38) It's wild.
(24:39) Thankful for all of the cat groomers out there because not everybody does it. (24:44) I'm giving a shout out to Pats grooming. (24:46) They did Dennis recently.
(24:48) He's part Maine Coon. (24:49) If you miss even a few days of brushing him, he's older. (24:53) He's lazy.
(24:54) He gets knotted. (24:56) Yes. (24:56) The knotting is, is a, is an issue and that's cats licking themselves and (25:01) pets licking themselves is great, but they still need human help at times.
(25:05) Uh, you know, and I think people forget that sometimes. (25:08) Our paws and body wipes. (25:10) A lot of times people forget that pets lick themselves.
(25:13) And I know that pet parents try to be vigilant, but some pet parents are not (25:19) aware that you should not be using baby wipes on your pets, right? (25:23) Baby wipes are not formulated for pets. (25:26) They are not meant to be licked, you know, and it (25:29) potentially is harmful to your pet. (25:31) That's why you should use things that are formulated specifically for your pets.
(25:35) So that way, when they are ingested on their coats or absorbed on their skin, it (25:40) doesn't have a negative reaction and you don't end up going to the vet and (25:45) causing harm or pain to your pet. (25:47) Great point. (25:47) Great point.
(25:48) Tell us more about the body wipes. (25:51) Are those for just like maintenance cleanups good all the time for your cats? (25:56) How do your Sphinx like them? (25:58) Uh, Sphinx love them. (25:59) Uh, they help tremendously with the oily skin.
(26:03) We have two different variants. (26:06) We have the unscented, uh, and we have the high, the lavender version. (26:10) Lavender is all essential oil has a fantastic light lavender odor to it.
(26:16) And, uh, helps tremendously with paws, body, anything that is dirty. (26:22) A lot of times, you know, our pets don't wipe their butts the way (26:25) we'd like them to rate for that. (26:28) So, you know, a lot of these pets are kissing you.
(26:31) They are sleeping in your bed. (26:33) They are cuddling up next to your kids. (26:35) And at the end of the day, you're sharing everything that (26:38) these pets are sharing with you.
(26:40) So grooming is essential, you know? (26:42) So I think that out of need and necessity, we formulated our products (26:47) and we use all clean ingredients. (26:50) We don't, you know, we make sure that everything is pet safe. (26:54) There's no animal testing involved.
(26:56) And our products are made from bamboo pulp. (26:59) They are biodegradable. (27:01) They're not harmful, uh, towards the environment.
(27:04) Just please don't flush them down your toilets because (27:06) that will clog your sewers. (27:09) People don't realize that things have to be made to break down very easily. (27:14) It's yeah.
(27:15) You can't even flush a facial tissue. (27:18) Yeah. (27:19) So be careful with your plumbing.
(27:20) Just put it in the waste bin. (27:22) Uh, they will disintegrate. (27:24) They are biodegradable.
(27:25) They're gentle, hypoallergenic, plant-based. (27:29) They're excellent products. (27:30) And, you know, we are now on Chewy.
(27:33) We're on Chewy. (27:34) I was going to just ask, where can we buy all your fabulous products? (27:37) No, our website is penthousepaws.com. (27:41) Yes. (27:41) Uh, that is our main website, penthousepaws.com. (27:44) And then you can find this, uh, find retailers such as Chewy, Wayfair.

(29:30) They're a great test crew. (29:32) And of course, thank you to my producer, Mark Winter for all the magic you work (29:37) in making the sounds, show sound excellent. (29:40) And remember, you never know what we'll have next on Best Bets for Pets.
