BIO:

I founded The Arabian Magazine at the end of 2004 in partnership and became a sole owner in August 2008.

With the magazine, I have interviewed some of the biggest names in the Arabian horse world, visited some of the finest Arabian horse studs and also seen some of the legends in breeding programmes first hand. I My travels have taken me through Canada and the USA, across Europe and the Middle East and down to Australasia and South Africa.

My goal is to make The Arabian Magazine a household name while at the same time, continuing to push for the excellence I believe in so much. Arabian horses are about passion and dedication, not just a trophy cabinet.

In 2010, The Arabian Magazine was a winner at the one-off Dubai International Arabian Horse Championships Media Awards, taking the runner up prize in the Best International Media section.

In 2013, I was delighted to be invited back to my old school, Norwich High School, to speak at a Leadership Conference and share my experiences with students from across the region.

In October 2015, I became part of Your Gluten Freedom in Norfolk, a social enterprise around being gluten-free. I was involved with is project until October 2016.

In March 2016, I founded my own blog, The Delicate Diner, about my experiences of being a gluten and lactose-free 'delicate diner' in a modern world.

In April 2017, I was invited to join the Norfolk Food and Drink team and I served with them until December 2018.

In 2018, I applied for MasterChef UK and made it on to the programme. From there, I have been invited to take part in cooking demos across the UK.

August 2019 saw me join Feast Norfolk Magazine as an Account Manager, and September saw me announced as a food writer for Norfolk Online until its close in 2021.

From July 2021 to July 2023, I co-founded and owned nourish - the taste of East Anglia, a food and drink magazine.
