"Uncle" Scott Black has been recognized as Pet Sitters International's 2010 Pet Sitter of the Year, while attending PSI's annual Quest for Excellence convention in New Orleans, LA. February 2011. Scott has also been a top-five finalist for this prestigious award in 2007 and 2009. Scott recently renewed his certificate of training in Pet First Aid and CPR through Sunny-dog Ink, valid through September 2026. Scott achieved his certificate as a CPPS, Certified Professional Pet Sitter, through Pet Sitters International on March 30, 2014, and recently obtained the necessary continuing education units to recertify through March 30, 2026.
