Dr. Bearden graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Florida in 2005. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida College Of Veterinary Medicine in 2009.
Prior to joining Boehringer Ingelheim in 2015, Dr. Bearden completed a one-year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery, and then served as an emergency veterinarian for six years at several specialty and referral hospitals in New Jersey, Florida, and Pennsylvania. Dr. Bearden joined BI Animal Health in 2015 and joined the technical marketing team in 2020 with a focus on pet vaccines. In her spare time, Dr. Bearden enjoys cooking, spending time with her family.
