Sarah Cavallaro is the Founder and President of Emerald Films, a former award-winning TV Commercial Production company in NYC, establishing a reputation as an Executive Producer with a keen eye for developing talent and projects. She morphed Emerald Films into a creative development venture for positive impact in diverse mediums. Her dog rescue, female-centric novel Dogs Have Angels Too was a past winner in women’s fiction from Indie Reader Discovery Awards.

Sarah completed writing a coming-of-age novel, Lipstick Road and an art memoir Mold Me Lick Me Sell Me. Her poetry and short stories have been published in poetry anthologies, Spring Street press, Uncut, Lipstick pages, Mom Egg, Sage Trail Press. She is a former member of The Actors Studio Writers and Director’s lab in NYC and the Directors Guild of  America.
