As David Sylvester tells it, one day he just decided to follow his bliss, get on his bike, and travel with his constant travel companion, Chiva, from Seattle to the East Coast, stopping at animal shelters along the way and finally ending this leg of his tour at the Animal Care & Control Center in East Harlem, New York. We caught up with the driven duo on 110th Street and asked them what it’s all about.
