Organizations such as Dogs on the Move are the keys in saving the lives of tens of thousands of dogs a year. Listen to the way Dogs on the Move responds to challenges such as heartworm disease, getting dogs vetted, and the ensnarling red tape they face when transporting dogs across multiple state borders.
