Vicki Price is a resident of a north suburb of Chicago, and had a career as a dental hygienist until Cooper her dog led her to a new career. Vicki has been a dog owner since 1992, and has volunteered at local animal shelters since 1995. Her current do is Cooper, a sweet, low key Collie/Britney Spaniel mix, who she adopted when he was 2 ½ years old from a kill shelter in Chicago. Cooper was skin & bones, but with love and food he’s happy and healthy. It was Cooper who started Vicki on her search for jerky dog treats that she felt were safe to feed him. Today Vicki is CEO of Cooper’s Way Gourmet Jerky Treats. Even though running her business prevents her from volunteering, her company donates food and a part of its proceeds to animal shelters.
